To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:
TIP OF THE WEEK: If you are serving as an
alternate, please make sure you indicate this when you fill out the
ballot. That is, if you are a primary judge for that theater and have
your own judge number, you should still select “Alternate Judge” instead
of your primary judge number in the Adjudicator Number box. But even
more importantly, if you are an alternate for another theater,
you must select that theater as the Adjudicator company, not your
regular company. Margaret uses this to send a confirmation to the rep
of the company sending the adjudicator, so if you don’t select the
correct company, the rep won’t know that the show is covered.

Parking for the theater is easiest at the large Calvert Street Garage (State Garage) at 19 St. John's Street, Annapolis, MD 21401, which is free of charge from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Mon-Thu nights and all weekends from 6:00 pm Friday night to 6:00 am Monday. In addition to the State Garage, the Gotts Court Garage at West and Calvert Streets is also within walking distance. Directions to the Calvert Street Garage: Stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge. Turn left at the next light onto Calvert Street. Go to the stop sign and turn left on to St. John's St. The garage entrance is on the left.
The theater is about 6 blocks away. From the Calvert Street Garage, walk up St. John’s Street and cross College Avenue. Proceed on North St. to State Circle. Turn left on State Circle and walk two blocks to East Street. Turn left and the theater will be on your left a half block ahead.
Directions directly to the theater: Stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge, proceed straight at the light to College Ave. Turn left on to College Ave. Proceed one block and turn right on to North St. Turn right at State Circle and drive approximately halfway around the Circle to East Street. Turn right and the theater is one half block on your left.

Directions to performance space(s): From Points North - "How would you get to Reagan National Airport?" That's the first question to answer. Once you've gotten onto the GW Parkway and passed the airport on your left, continue heading south. The Parkway becomes Washington Street as you enter the city of Alexandria. Cross King Street and take the third left after King onto Wolfe Street. You will find LTA on the right hand side of the street, at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
From The Capital Beltway - take the exit for Route 1 North. As you exit on the ramp, you'll drive onto Route 1 and get in the right lane immediately. Take the first right, onto Franklin St. At the light, make a left onto Washington Street. Pass two lights and make a right onto Wolfe St. LTA is at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
Parking - Parking is on the street. Watch posted signs, as some areas have two hour parking limitations and some require payment. The Capital One Bank on the corner of Wilkes and Washington streets lets our patrons park in their lot when the bank is closed. Please note The Capital One Bank has extended their hours to include evening and weekend hours. Please make sure not to use their parking lot when they are open.
There are several garages within walking distance - one is on Washington Street, near King, and there are several on Pitt, near King. Look for the "Public Parking" signs.
One handicap accessible parking space is located on St Asaph Street next to LTA’s courtyard.

Directions to performance space(s): From Baltimore: Get on the Washington beltway (495), and take Exit # 7, Maryland Route 5 South towards Waldorf. Continue South on Route 5 for about twenty miles. Route 5 will merge with Route 301 and in Waldorf, Route 5 will split off to the left towards Leonardtown. Keep going straight on Route 301 towards La Plata. Before leaving La Plata, you will reach a stop light (Maryland Route 6), turn left. PTP is about half a mile down Route 6 (Charles Street) on your left, just past the railroad tracks. It is a very tall conspicuous building in its surroundings and you should find it easily. Do not park in the urgent care center parking lot; if you do, your car will be towed.

Travel South on Route 210 for about 10 miles and take a left on Route 228, Berry Road, going towards Waldorf. Continue on 228 for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection of Route 301. Turn right (headed South again) on Route 301 for about 10 miles until you reach Maryland Route 6 in La Plata. Turn left on Route 6 (Charles Street) and PTP will be about a half mile on the left, just after the railroad tracks. How to reserve WATCH judge tickets: Go to our website and select Box Office at the top of the page. Find the show you are scheduled to see and click the "Tickets" button. Select the date and time of the performance you wish to attend. Enter Promo Code “WATCH2025” in the box at the top, select up to 2 tickets, and click on “Add to Cart”. Enter contact details and click on “Next”. Agree to terms and services and click on “Place Order”. Your tickets confirmation will be emailed to you, and you can check in at the door on the day of the show with your last name
