WATCH Weekly Report 09-03-25

 ** WATCH Weekly Report 09-03-25 **
------------------------------------------------------------
To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:

The opening of “Four Old Broads” at LMP has been postponed and will now open on September 12.  It has been corrected below, but if you had a reservation for the original opening weekend, please contact the theater to reschedule.

TIP OF THE WEEK: If you need an alternate judge for an assignment, please don’t hesitate to ask your rep for one, but do so as early as possible during the run.  This allows your rep time to try to find an alternate from within your theater, and still leaves enough time for me to include a note in the weekly report for an alternate from another theater in case your rep cannot find someone.  Shows start appearing on the report 2 weeks before they open, so please look at your calendar as soon as a show appears and make arrangements accordingly.  Except in the case of an emergency, you should not be looking for an alternate when the show is about to close.

******************************************
NOTE: Balloting for a show closes 30 days after the show closes.  If you owe us a ballot, please get it in as soon as possible.

Friendly Reminders:

  1. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. It’s very long, and the reply will include the entire thing. Please send a new email to watchadjudication@gmail.com
  2. DO email me your reservation dates. Really, I want to know!
  3. DO search this entire report for your name, including in the “Closed” section to see if you owe any ballots.
  4. If you go see a show that you were not assigned to see, please let me know in case we need an alternate. Try to keep the playbills for all shows you see at WATCH company theaters, at least until you see that it has closed with all ballots received. Similarly, if you see a note that an alternate is needed and you are available to see that show, please let me know.

Once you've gotten onto the GW Parkway and passed the airport on your left, continue heading south. The Parkway becomes Washington Street as you enter the city of Alexandria. Cross King Street and take the third left after King onto Wolfe Street. You will find LTA on the right hand side of the street, at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
