To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:
TIP OF THE WEEK: Whenever possible, reserve for a
performance as early in the run as possible. And try to avoid
attending the closing performance unless it is unavoidable.
Performances do get cancelled, and personal emergencies arise, so this
will allow you to reschedule or find an alternate if the need arises. I
can often find someone who saw the show to fill out a ballot after the
show has closed, but this is not a guarantee.

NOTE: Balloting for a show closes 30 days after the show closes. If you owe us a ballot, please get it in as soon as possible.

- DO email me your reservation dates. Really, I want to know!
- DO search this entire report for your name, including in the “Closed” section to see if you owe any ballots.
- If you go see a show that you were not assigned to see, please let me know in case we need an alternate. Try to keep the playbills for all shows you see at WATCH company theaters, at least until you see that it has closed with all ballots received. Similarly, if you see a note that an alternate is needed and you are available to see that show, please let me know.

Follow Rowe Boulevard to the end (at the State House), and then turn right. Merge onto Church Circle and stay in the right-hand lane. Proceed to Duke of Gloucester Street (to the right of The Maryland Inn). Turn right onto Duke of Gloucester. Take your second left onto Green Street and follow it to the stop sign. Turn right and stay right onto Compromise Street (approximately 300 feet). ASGT is on your right. Look for our marquee. Allow enough time to locate limited paid parking. Parking for the theater is easiest at the large Calvert Street Garage (State Garage) at 19 St. John's Street, Annapolis, MD 21401, which is free of charge from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Mon-Thu nights and all weekends from 6:00 pm Friday night to 6:00 am Monday. In addition to the State Garage, the Gotts Court Garage at West and Calvert Streets is also within walking distance. Directions to the Calvert Street Garage: Stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge. Turn left at the next light onto Calvert Street. Go to the stop sign and turn left on to St. John's St. The garage entrance is on the left.
The theater is about 6 blocks away. From the Calvert Street Garage, walk up St. John’s Street and cross College Avenue. Proceed on North St. to State Circle. Turn left on State Circle and walk two blocks to East Street. Turn left and the theater will be on your left a half block ahead.
Directions directly to the theater: Stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge, proceed straight at the light to College Ave. Turn left on to College Ave. Proceed one block and turn right on to North St. Turn right at State Circle and drive approximately halfway around the Circle to East Street. Turn right and the theater is one half block on your left.

Directions to performance space(s): From Points North - "How would you get to Reagan National Airport?" That's the first question to answer. Once you've gotten onto the GW Parkway and passed the airport on your left, continue heading south. The Parkway becomes Washington Street as you enter the city of Alexandria. Cross King Street and take the third left after King onto Wolfe Street. You will find LTA on the right hand side of the street, at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
From The Capital Beltway - take the exit for Route 1 North. As you exit on the ramp, you'll drive onto Route 1 and get in the right lane immediately. Take the first right, onto Franklin St. At the light, make a left onto Washington Street. Pass two lights and make a right onto Wolfe St. LTA is at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
Parking - Parking is on the street. Watch posted signs, as some areas have two hour parking limitations and some require payment. The Capital One Bank on the corner of Wilkes and Washington streets lets our patrons park in their lot when the bank is closed. Please note The Capital One Bank has extended their hours to include evening and weekend hours. Please make sure not to use their parking lot when they are open.
There are several garages within walking distance - one is on Washington Street, near King, and there are several on Pitt, near King. Look for the "Public Parking" signs.
One handicap accessible parking space is located on St Asaph Street next to LTA’s courtyard.

A parking garage is located at the far end of Alice West Fleet Elementary School (115 S Old Glebe Rd) on the right. Please note there are two sharp turns, back-to-back, to enter the garage. You can park anywhere that doesn't note a "RESERVED" sign with the times of 6AM -11PM (the signs with 6AM to 6PM noted are good to park in).
To exit the garage to the theatre, walk towards the big blue wall at the back and go left, you will see the stairs and elevators there. You can take either option up one level, then take the short walk to the theater lobby doors
