WATCH Judges,
I hope this finds you safe and well.
As a result of the pandemic, WATCH adjudication ceased in mid-March
of this year and has not resumed. As of now, there are a few companies
planning on producing shows in the second half of this year.
Out of concern for our judges' health and safety, the Board is
cancelling all remaining adjudication assignments through the end of the
year. We hope to resume adjudication in 2021, but that decision will
be made by the Board later this year and will depend on the current
status of the pandemic and whatever restrictions are/aren’t in place.
The Weekly Report will be on hiatus until we are ready to resume judging
assignments.
On behalf of the WATCH Board, I’d like to thank you for service to the WATCH organization and I look forward to 2021.
