Note: Due to construction of a new elementary school, parking will not be available at the theater for this show.  You will need to park at the Arlington Career Center (816 South Walter Reed Drive, Arlington VA) and take the shuttle that TAP will be providing.  Shuttles will start 1 hour before the show (running approximately every 20 minutes), and will take people back to their cars after the show.  Please allow some extra time in your planning.

Directions To Performance Address: Colonial Players is located on East St, one half block east of State Circle. Parking for the theater is easiest to find at the state garage on Calvert Street near St. John’s College, which is open from 6 in the evening weeknights and all weekends free of charge. Driving from Route 50 East – take Rowe Blvd. South Exit 24. Proceed approximately 1 mile.

If you wish to go directly to the state parking garage, stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge. Turn left at the next light onto Calvert Street. Go to the stop sign and turn left on to St. John's St. The garage entrance is on the left. The theater is about 6 blocks away. From the garage, walk up St. John’s Street and cross College Avenue. Proceed on North St. to State Circle. Turn left on State Circle and walk two blocks to East St. Turn left and the theater will be on your left a half block ahead. From the Capital Beltway,
1. Take Route 295 (Baltimore-Washington Pkwy) north - stay to the right.
2. Take first ramp onto Route 193, Greenbelt Road - keep staying right and merge onto Greenbelt Rd.
3. Just ahead is a light for Southway, you can go all the way to the light and turn right or use the right exit to “Baltimore-Washington Parkway” which will also allow merge onto Southway. Take Southway into the center of town.
4. After crossing Crescent Road, Southway becomes Centerway, take the first left and proceed through the parking lot, then to the right down the hill. The Greenbelt Arts Center is in the lower level of Roosevelt Center, down the stairs from the main level with the movie theater, grocery store, and New Deal Cafe. The address is 123 Centerway.

Once you've gotten onto the GW Parkway and passed the airport on your left, continue heading south. The Parkway becomes Washington Street as you enter the city of Alexandria. Cross King Street and take the third left after King onto Wolfe Street. You will find LTA on the right hand side of the street, at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
From The Capital Beltway - take the exit for Route 1 North. As you exit on the ramp, you'll drive onto Route 1 and get in the right lane immediately. Take the first right, onto Franklin St. At the light, make a left onto Washington Street. Pass two lights and make a right onto Wolfe St. LTA is at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
Parking - Parking is on the street. Watch posted signs, as some have two hour parking limitations. The Capital One Bank on the corner of Wilkes and Washington streets lets our patrons park in their lot when the bank is closed. Please note The Capital One Bank has extended their hours to include evening and weekend hours. Please make sure not to use their parking lot when they are open.
There are several garages within walking distance - one is on Washington Street, near King, and there are several on Pitt, near King. Look for the "Public Parking" signs.
Handicapped parking is located on St. Asaph Street next to LTA's courtyard. Also note the handicapped entrance to the theatre is located through the LTA courtyard.
