** WATCH
Weekly Report 01-23-19 **
------------------------------------------------------------
To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:
TIP
OF THE WEEK: Did 4 or more
actors appear on stage at any time during the show? If so, there should
be a score for Ensemble on your ballot. It does not matter how
many actors were on stage at one time, whether there is an Ensemble listed in
the Playbill, or whether it is a Play or Musical. This is the first category in the Overall
Elements section, and the default is “N/A”, so be sure to select a score.
Congratulations to all of our recent nominees! If you have not yet seen the list for 2018,
you can find it on the WATCH website.
*****************************************
NOTE: Balloting for a show closes 30 days after the
show closes. If you owe us a ballot,
please get it in as soon as possible.
Friendly Reminders:
1.
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. It’s very long, and the reply will include
the entire thing, clogging my inbox.
Please send a new email to adjudication@washingtontheater.org
2.
DO email me your reservation
dates. Really, I want to know!
3.
DO search this entire report for
your name, including in the “Closed” section to see if you owe any ballots.
4.
If you go see a show that you were
not assigned to see, please let me know in case we need an alternate. Try to keep the playbills for all shows you
see at WATCH company theaters, at least until you see that it has closed with
all ballots received. Similarly, if you
see a note that an alternate is needed and you are available to see that show,
please let me know.

drive onto Route 1 and get in the right lane immediately. Take the first right,
onto Franklin St. At the light, make a left onto Washington Street. Pass two
lights and make a right onto Wolfe St. LTA is at the corner of Wolfe and St.
Asaph streets.

limitations and some require payment. The Capital One Bank on the corner of
Wilkes and Washington streets lets our patrons park in their lot when the bank
is closed. Please note The Capital One Bank has extended their hours to include
evening and weekend hours. Please make sure not to use their parking lot when
they are open.
