WATCH Weekly Report 08-26-26

 ** WATCH Weekly Report 08-26-26 **
------------------------------------------------------------
To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:

TIP OF THE WEEK: For anyone not aware, there is a blog site where I post the weekly report each week after it is sent out.  Since our mailing system can be unreliable in delivering messages (due to server issues beyond our control), I highly recommend you bookmark this site on any device you use on a regular basis (e.g. phone, PC, tablet, etc.).  That way, if you get to the end of the day on any Wednesday and realize you did not get the report that week, you can go and check.  And reps, please make sure all of your judges are aware of this since they may not have received this report or may not have read this tip.  The blog site appears in every report under “Useful Links” (see below), so you can also go back a look at previous reports, if you have them.  But bookmarking the site will guarantee you have access on a week where the internet is not cooperating.

*****************************************
NOTE: Balloting for a show closes 30 days after the show closes.  If you owe us a ballot, please get it in as soon as possible.

  2. DO email me your reservation dates.Really, I want to know!
  3. DO search this entire report for your name, including in the “Closed” section to see if you owe any ballots.
  4. If you go see a show that you were not assigned to see, please let me know in case we need an alternate.Try to keep the playbills for all shows you see at WATCH company theaters, at least until you see that it has closed with all ballots received.Similarly, if you see a note that an alternate is needed and you are available to see that show, please let me know.
