To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:
We now have 2 closed shows we need alternate ballots for. Please take a
look at the Closed section of this report and let me know if you saw
the show and can fill out a ballot.
TIP OF THE WEEK: In order to compile the data
for all judges for one show and avoid any errors in tabulation, it is
essential that everything is listed in the same order on the ballot for
all 10 ballots. It is for this reason we ask that the cast always be listed in the order of the cast list in the playbill – to ensure all 10 judges have them in the same order. PLEASE be sure you are using the cast list and NOT the bios
when entering names in your ballot. And double check to make sure you
did not miss anyone you need to score. One caveat for this -- if there
is an understudy in the performance you see or if the show is double
cast, you only need to list the actor you saw in that performance for
the role and can skip the other actor even if they were listed in the
cast list in the program.

Directions to performance space(s): From the GW Parkway South: the Parkway becomes Washington Street as you enter the city of Alexandria. Cross King Street and take the third left after King onto Wolfe Street. You will find LTA on the right-hand side of the street, at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
From The Capital Beltway: take the exit for Route 1 North. As you exit on the ramp, you'll drive onto Route 1 and get in the right lane immediately. Take the first right, onto Franklin St. At the light, make a left onto Washington Street. Pass two lights and make a right onto Wolfe St. LTA is at the corner of Wolfe and St. Asaph streets.
Parking is on the street. Watch posted signs, as some areas have two hour parking limitations and some require payment. The Capital One Bank on the corner of Wilkes and Washington streets lets our patrons park in their lot when the bank is closed. Please note The Capital One Bank has extended their hours to include evening and weekend hours. Please make sure not to use their parking lot when they are open.
There are several garages within walking distance - one is on Washington Street, near King, and there are several on Pitt, near King. Look for the "Public Parking" signs.
One handicap accessible parking space is located on St Asaph Street next to LTA’s courtyard.

Directions to the Calvert Street Garage: Stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge. Turn left at the next light onto Calvert Street. Go to the stop sign and turn left on to St. John's St. The garage entrance is on the left. The theater is about 6 blocks away. From the Calvert Street Garage, walk up St. John’s Street and cross College Avenue. Proceed on North St. to State Circle. Turn left on State Circle and walk two blocks to East Street. Turn left and the theater will be on your left a half block ahead.
Directions directly to the theater: Stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge, proceed straight at the light to College Ave. Turn left on to College Ave. Proceed one block and turn right on to North St. Turn right at State Circle and drive approximately halfway around the Circle to East Street. Turn right and the theater is one half block on your left.

Take first ramp onto Route 193, Greenbelt Road - keep staying right and merge onto Greenbelt Rd. Just ahead is a light for Southway, you can go all the way to the light and turn right or use the right exit to “Baltimore-Washington Parkway” which will also allow merge onto Southway. How to reserve WATCH judge tickets: Go to our website and select Box Office at the top of the page. Find the show you are scheduled to see and click the "Tickets" button. Select the date and time of the performance you wish to attend. Enter Promo Code “WATCH2026” in the box at the top, select up to 2 tickets, and click on “Add to Cart”. Enter contact details and click on “Next”. Agree to terms and services and click on “Place Order”. Your ticket confirmation will be emailed to you, and you can check in at the door on the day of the show with your last name
