** WATCH
Weekly Report 11-27-19 **
------------------------------------------------------------
To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:
Happy
Thanksgiving Eve! This year I am
thankful for judges who make their reservations early, tell me about their
reservations, and submit their ballots promptly. Oh, and for people who read the weekly
report. (So thank you all!)
If you are
assigned to a show that closes in mid to late December, please try to attend
the show as early in the run as possible, and get your ballot in right after
you see it. Margaret has to have all
tabulation completed by the end of the year, and she would most certainly
rather enjoy her holidays with family than spend them tabulating data. Not to mention that these are mostly holiday
shows and will sell out, so making your reservations early is strongly
recommended.
Note: The
final show for adjudication appears on this week’s report. So please look for your name below and make
your reservation and/or send in your ballot now. If your name is not on this report,
congratulations, you are done for the year!
*****************************************
NOTE: Balloting for a show closes 30 days after the
show closes. If you owe us a ballot,
please get it in as soon as possible.
Friendly Reminders:
1.
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. It’s very long, and
the reply will include the entire thing, clogging my inbox. Please send a new email to adjudication@washingtontheater.org
2.
DO email me your reservation
dates. Really, I want to know!
3.
DO search this entire report for
your name, including in the “Closed” section to see if you owe any ballots.
4.
If you go see a show that you were
not assigned to see, please let me know in case we need an alternate. Try to keep the playbills for all shows you
see at WATCH company theaters, at least until you see that it has closed with
all ballots received. Similarly, if you
see a note that an alternate is needed and you are available to see that show,
please let me know.
