WATCH Weekly Report 03-01-17

** WATCH Weekly Report 03-01-17**
------------------------------------------------------------
To the WATCH Board, Judges, and Alternates:

Hello everyone!  It’s week 2 of my reign … er, I mean humble servitude as your WATCH Adjudication Coordinator.  So anyone who had “runs away screaming after 1 week” in the pool loses. Sorry.

I promise that I won’t include information (or bad jokes) at the top of every report.  But I did want to take this opportunity to let everyone know that I am going to try reinstating the blog site that was set up for Weekly Reports.  This is meant to be a back-up in case you do not receive a report or if you need quick access to the report at some point during the week.  So please bookmark this site, which can be found with the other links below.

And I also want to reiterate the importance of keeping up with these reports.  They are the only place with final information about shows and assignments, as all documents you received before this were works in progress and subject to change.

*****************************************
NOTE:  Balloting for a show closes 30 days after the show closes.  If you owe us a ballot, please get it in as soon as possible.

Friendly Reminders:

1.      DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL.  It’s very long, and the reply will include the entire thing, clogging my inbox.  Please send a new email to adjudication@washingtontheater.org
2.      DO email me your reservation dates.  Really, I want to know!
3.      If you go see a show that you were not assigned to see, please let me know in case we need an alternate.  Try to keep the playbills for all shows you see at WATCH company theaters, at least until you see that it has closed with all ballots received.  Similarly, if you see a note that an alternate is needed and you are available to see that show, please let me know.
